HISTORY
The band was born in bassist Tim Sharman's former garage—now a soundproof studio nicknamed the Batcave. Tim once hired a builder named Dan Connor who turned out to be a singer. Tim and Dan began jamming, inviting various musicians to sit in. Enter guitarist Russ Salton, a Los Angeles music scene veteran and long-time Sharman family friend. It seemed that a band was in the works, but the jam sessions went on for over a year before The Drummer walked in.
PERSONNEL
DAN, our trained voice, could easily outlive his bandmates. He can remodel your house and your hairdo, and mix you drinks into the bargain. You should see his guns.
TIM began his love for music at 10 years old. It took him some time (past 40) to find his solid influence: his top three inspirations are zeppelin, zeppelin, and then zeppelin. After converting his garage to a recording studio and taking a stab at production, he thought it was time to form a zeppelin cover band. Now—even better—he has found a £10 Note.
COLIN grew up in Australia in a time and place where records were expensive and radio was lame. As a boy he cut his drumming teeth on the first Muppet Movie soundtrack, Sports by Huey Lewis & the News, an obscure Cat Stevens album called Numbers, and megadoses of The Police. He does websites.
RUSS, raised as an air force brat, began playing guitar at the age of 12. He has performed for many years in the top clubs and concert stages of Los Angeles, Seattle and his hometown, Gig Harbor. He has recorded three albums of original material.
